William Watts, is the Field Operations Supervisor of DLoren Construction. DLoren Construction is minority firm owned and operated by Anjenette & William Watts. Mr. Watts supervise, manage, and oversees the performance of field staff and subcontractors on all projects. His ability to organize project workflow and assure employees and subcontractors understand their duties or delegated tasks sets DLoren Construction apart from and a cut above MBE/WBE contractors. He sets high goals for job performance on all construction projects and adheres closely to the construction schedule to either meet or beat project deadlines. Mr. Watts’ operations skills has already established DLoren Construction on a path of success.

Mr. Watts was drawn Women Seeking the Kingdom, by his wife. His loves Jesus Christ made it easy for him to serve as its Podcast Audio Engineer. Mr. Watts was raised in the church because his mother loved her children very much. She knew in order to righteously and survive in this world, they must surrender their lives to Jesus Christ. Because of his faith, Mr. Watts’ standards, values, and principals are rooted in Christianity. He has two lovely daughters that are positively making their own way in the world. Mr. Watts realize even though WSTK goal is to reach women for the kingdom of God, serving Jesus Christ in any capacity will impact His kingdom.

As WSTK’s Podcast Audio Engineer, Mr. Watts has put his organizational and supervisory skills into action. WSTK used a podcast platform to make episodes from a book written by the founder of WSTK. It is the goal of the organization to have podcast episodes broadcasted on a weekly or monthly basis sometime in the future to reach the masses for Jesus Christ. For this reason, Mr. Watts’ skills will be continually needed.

Since 2022, Mr. Watts has been hard at work as WSTK’s Podcast Audio Engineer managing, recording, editing, and checking for the best sound quality of all podcast episodes. He uses state-of-the-art software to make improvements to sound quality. The desire to advance the kingdom of God is top of mind for Mr. Watts in everything he thinks, everything says, and everything he does.
