Anjenette Watts, the owner/operator of DLoren Construction is a beacon of change committed to strength and reliability. A transplant from California to Maryland 15 years ago, Mrs. Watts began her career in telecommunications and technology. As the years went by, she became intrigued by the rise of women working in the construction industry. This propelled her open her own company, where she excelled in that branch of industry. The integrity of her work ethic is displayed throughout the City of Baltimore as her portfolio of DLoren Construction includes: residential construction (renovation of single-family homes), and commercial construction (hotels, banks, schools, restaurants, etc.). Despite gender barriers, Mrs. Watts continues to build her path in the field. Her experience, willingness to accept difficult tasks, attention to detail, and commitment to strength and straightforwardness makes Mrs. Watts and DLoren Construction a premier construction firm.

Her love for Almighty God drew her into a close-knit relationship with founder of Women Seeking the Kingdom, a women’s ministry website. Mrs. Watts ability to analyze systems and implement processes uniquely prepared her for the role of Executive Director of Women Seeking the Kingdom. The perspective she gained from her years in the fields of telecommunications and technology allow her to not only analyze current conditions, but has given her the ability to envision future organizational growth. She is able to execute the most efficient processes into reality. Mrs. Watts brings her attention to detail and commitment to high principles to her role. The God given virtues of humility and gratitude has shaped Mrs. Watts life, while also advancing the kingdom of God, by helping others, and improving the world we live in. Since 2021, Mrs. Watts has been hard at work as the Executive Director of Women Seeking the Kingdom analyzing and forecasting the website structure to reach and impact as many lives as possible. As Executive Director, developing and directing organizational strategy is paramount for success.
